Returns & refunds
We replace or refund any book that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. All other sales are final.
What we cover
You can ask for a replacement or a refund if an item:
- arrives damaged,
- is defective (for example, missing or misprinted pages), or
- is different from what you ordered.
Condition of our books
Our books are new bargain (remainder) copies. A remainder copy may have a small mark, usually a dot or a line of ink, on the edge of the pages. This remainder mark is normal for bargain books and is not a defect, so it is not a reason for a return or refund.
How to report a problem
Within 14 days of delivery, e-mail us at info@bibliorack.com with:
- your order number, and
- a photo that shows the damage, the defect or the item you received.
We will review your message and reply with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Replacement or refund
Once we approve your request, you choose between a replacement copy and a full refund. A replacement is offered only where another copy is available; bargain stock is limited, so if we cannot replace the book we refund it. A full refund covers the price of the item and the original shipping charge.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order. They normally appear within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All other sales are final
Apart from the cases above, we do not accept returns or give refunds. This includes orders placed by mistake and changes of mind.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled only before it has been sent to fulfilment, which can happen soon after you pay. If you need to cancel, e-mail us at info@bibliorack.com as quickly as possible with your order number. Once an order has gone to fulfilment it can no longer be cancelled.
If a book turns out to be unavailable
If a book you paid for is no longer available, we refund that book (or the whole order, if nothing else is in it) in full to your original payment method and let you know by e-mail.
