Shipping cost

• First book in an order: $4.99
• Each additional book: $0.99
• Free shipping when the books in your order total $75.00 or more

The same rates apply to both countries. Your shipping cost is shown in the cart and again at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars.

Processing and delivery time

We start processing your order once your payment has gone through. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from then. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: carrier delays, weather and customs can add time.

Tracking

We e-mail you when your order ships, with the carrier and a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Orders to Canada

Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Changing your address

We can change a shipping address only before the order has shipped. If you spot a mistake, e-mail us at info@bibliorack.com right away with your order number and the correct address.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, see returns & refunds. If tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived well after the estimate, e-mail us at info@bibliorack.com and we will look into it.
